Screw Elevator and Grading Machine on Raft

Specifications: A screw elevator SS304 cylinder, with motor and chain propulsion rotating screw, diameter 546 mm and distance between pitches 26-33 cm. Screw rotation of up to 40 rpm.
Bearings in cylinder allow screw movement.
The cylinder is attached to a central construction, which is made of SS304.
Machine has two or four conveyor belts made of PVC, propelled by motors. Each pair is connected separately. It is designed so the fish will fall into different compartments graded to four sizes.
The machine is made of stainless steel.
The conveyor belt is three meters long.
Ten-inch chute under the sorting bath is counted to a plastic hose.
Receiving tank is mounted at the front side of the sorting machine.
Fish Counter for
The fish counter is based on a patented measuring principle. One of the main features of the technology is the ability to achieve a very high accuracy with a virtually unlimited capacity.
The control unit’s backlit LCD display will always show the total number of fish passing through the Registration Unit(s). Optional information is available by connecting the control unit to a PC.
The Control Unit displays data related to quantity of fish of various sizes received from the counter.
Grading Machine for Fingerlings 0-50 Grams
An automatic grading machine with revolving rollers suitable for suitable for 0-50 gram fingerlings.
Body, rollers and frame are built from stainless steel. Three wheels and a shaft makes moving the equipment all over the fish farm convenient.
Automatic Feeding System Three Cells
Accumulating tank 6 m3 made of ss304 with three cells, one 4 m3 and two 1 m3 each.
Mounted to the bottom of the cells is a rotary valve which sends the feed in to the air channel and to the canon for blowing it in to the cages.
On each rotary valve a magnetic sensor sends a signal to the counters in order to monitor the amount of food that is going out of the cell. A blower is connected to the three cells and the food is dropped in to the air channel. On the top of the tank there is a step block for convenient loading of food.
Control box with switches and digital counters are positioned near the operator for easy functioning. The size of the system can be adapted according to customer request.
The boat is 100% made by HDPE. Floaters are 500mm diameter. There is an open steering console and a plate for using an outboard engine. Engine can be pre-installed by request. Two boxes at the rear, one for the battery and the other for tools and other essential items. An additional box is mounted at the front for ropes, anchors, and other safety equipment. The deck is flat and self-draining. The boat is equipped with two drainage pumps, one electric and one manual, and electric circuits for basic navigation lights. The keel is V-shaped at the front becoming flat at the back for better and stable movement in the water. The boat is handmade. Maximum load: 2,970 kg. Maximum outboard engine, 75HP.

Air pressure system delivers the feed to silo or feeding system up to 70 meters.
Net Washing Machine.
The Drum Net Washing Machine washes the nets from fouling and other clogs which block water from flowing through the net.
Drum is 2.0 meters x 2.4 meters long.
Total volume is 7.5 cubic meters.
The drum is made of 100 SAE 304
The frame is hot deep galvanized steel.
The drum is belt-driven for easier operation and longer life.
The electrical circuit is automatic and the drum turns both directions, back and forth.
The washing machine can be transported in a container and only a few parts need re-assembly at destination.
